In this article, we going to learn about Technology, how technology works today and what are the impacts of technology.

Technology means to produce, invent, improve and use things. This is the latest definition of technology. In this time of invention, we have become modern and can’t live without the help of technology.

 Our living is consists of a collection of technical things. Even from our sleeping to awaking, walking to stopping, listing to talking, and seeing to smell. Technology has become an essential part of our life.

 If we try to go away from technology then it is impossible. The simplest form of technology is the use of small tools which we are using in our daily life. For example, we use a hammer to break things like stones. 

On the other hand, the people of the past use stones to break other stones. With time, life is changing with great speed.

Modern technology and past technology

In this article, we will discuss the difference between past technology and modern technology. How did people use technology in the past? We shall also discuss the examples of the technology in the present time.

Examples

1.    In the past, people used stones to break hard things and big stones. But in the present time, we are using machines and hammers to break the hard things.

2.    People of the past, used leaves to cover their bodies and eat uncooked meat and vegetables. But at this time we are eating cocked food and its many types.

  At this time we are using cars, buses, trains, airplanes, motorbikes, and rickshaws. While in the past, people used animals for their journey and they used to travel on foot.

4.    In the present time, we are wearing clothes and traveling on modern machinery.

In the past, people used to send a message from one place to another. It was time taking. But in modern times we are using a digital system to send and receive messages. 

We are communicating with each other by (Watsap, Facebook, Twitter, e-mail, Gmail) by using these systems a message can be sent in seconds from one place to another In the past, the news was conveyed to the people by a person who used the drum to announce anything. 

But in this modern time, we are always connected to the whole of the world. Everything is available on the Internet. In the past, people were unaware of the fire. But when the fire was discovered, they were amazed. They rubbed stones against each other to light a fire which required a lot of time. 

But now in modern times, we can light a fire anytime, anywhere. It is a source of energy. Firework is not difficult at all at this age. Should be thankful for our technology and past time also should keep in mind.

Complex technical things

As we have discussed that everything at this age is technical and important for us. We are going to explain the complex environment of technical things. Let take an example of a cycle that consists of many parts (chain, pipes, tires horn) all these parts are formed in different technical industries, and then the cycle was completed. 

This is the complex form of the technologies. All technical things are thankful to each other because they are dependent on each other. For example a bus, a bus consists of many parts like glasses and iron. If the glasses are not available or not formed by the glass industry then it will impossible to design a bus having glass windows. 

So, from the above description, it is clear that all industries are dependent on each other. If one industry is sealed, it affects more than 10 industries. It means that everything is consists of many things that are formed in different industries. So, due to one industry many industries are affected. Therefore, the businessmen cooperate with each other.

Technical appliances and their role in society

As time is passing the role of technology is changing day by day. If we realize that 50 years ago there was no computer. But when the computer was invented, people began to like the computer. But with time, their requirements changed. They wanted modern technology and improved condition for computers. 

Now we are using the fastest computer in the short body. But till now we need more improvement in this computer. Our requirements are changing day by day and the technology has to obey us and have to provide our computer according to our requirements. 

Not only computers this process is continued in all over the world with everything associated with technology like buses, cars, mobiles, airplanes, glasses, and everything which we are using in our daily life on home, social, national and international level. 

Many years ago people wore simple and old dresses but now, we are buying more than one set of clothes daily and sewing them in different designs and conditions. All this is happening due to modern technology. People are becoming modern and changing their lifestyles day by day.

Present and future technology

As described above the technology is changing day by day and we also are changing our lives concerning time. In the previous time, the government defense departments had the latest technology according to that time.

 But now, if we compare that defense equipment with present equipment a huge difference is present. Now the US government is introducing a 300kw laser beam weapon. The technical things are increasing day by day. 

For example, 20 years ago there were a few numbers mobile phones. But now every child and man has android mobiles. All these things are part of our life. All the biggest projects are due to modern equipment and machinery. Some are below

In early times, traveling was the main issue it took too much time to move from one place to another but now we can go from one place to another in a short time. It all is due to technology. 

We are thankful for technology because it has changed our lives and has made it easy. But now it is also increasing and improving day by day. For example, more than 20 years ago there were only a few cars which were not powerful and high speed. 

But now most countries have invented flying cars which are like airplanes. Technology does not mean that anything that is formed one time will remain the same in the future. It is invented only for changing and it is changing day by day.
