Today is a time of technology. technology impact on our environment.

Industries plays important role in our society in the production of food and clothes. Industries are the main production source of food and clothes in this era.

 In some countries like Pakistan India industries play an important role to run the system of a country. Industries are the source of earning money for some people like laborers. Almost 70% of poor people of these countries work in the industries. 

These countries have the poorest civilization that works hard in industries to overcome their needs. Different types of industries produce food, clothes, electricity and some are made for the production of home appliances.

 Industrial technologies give you a greater knowledge of the manufacturing process, supply chains, distribution chains, business performance, and even the products you manufacture. This creates opportunities to innovate, whether that is changing a business process, developing a new product, optimizing a supply chain, improving OEE, and more. 

 Industrial technologies enable us to do more with less. In other words, you can produce more and faster while allocating your resources more cost-effectively and efficiently that`s why industries are very important in our life now a day.

1.  Advantages of industries

Industries produce different products like food, mobiles, clothes, electricity, and drinks that have their own value in our life.  Industries produce electricity that runs the whole country because electricity is very important for every work electricity run machines to glow bulbs and to run our home appliances. 

Industries produce food of different types like artificial food (flavors, cold drink) and Preserved food some industries are used to make machines. In early time every work was done by hand and was time-consuming. Every work took time of many days to complete after the formation of industries the world has become very fast.

 The task of many days is being completed in hours and the number of production is also increasing day by day the economy has started to depend on industries because industry products are best in quality and are available in large quantity at any time. It enables us to produce high-quality products in a short time. 

Many of the above points can result in higher revenues for your production facility. Multiple areas of your production line will become more efficient as a result of industries related technologies. Some of these efficiencies are mentioned above – less machine downtime as well as the ability to make more products faster. The main benefits of industries are below:

Industries have benefits as well as harmful effects the main harmful effect of industry is pollution which is increasing day by day. There are many types of pollution like water pollution, air pollution, and soil pollution. These are spreading diseases and causing the death of children and all men of the nations. 

The developing countries are facing such circumstances. One of them is Pakistan. Water pollution is increasing fastly in Pakistan. As a result of this pollution, the water life is affected hardly. Therefore the fishes are deeding at a great rate. The diseases which are spreading due to water pollution are below.

• ·       Hepatitis C
• ·       Liver problem
• ·       Stomach problem
• ·       Uric acid
• ·       Heart problem

But unfortunately, we are using this water. This is not our fault but this is only due to the water management department of our country. Unfortunately, they are not working properly. Due to their fault, the children are suffering from many diseases. 

The polluted water is being discharged into the rivers and other canals. They do not have a proper way to discharge polluted water which is causing the death of water life and the people who are using that water for their animals and crops. Industries release polluted dangerous smog in the fresh atmosphere which causes acid rain.

 Air pollution directly affects the human lungs because when polluted air discharges into the atmosphere it contains main harmful chemicals. When humans inhale these chemicals, it causes lung cancer.  And in Pakistan, cancer is a non-recoverable disease. So to keep our country safe we should not pollute the environment. Some instructions to avoid the disease are below.

1)     The industries should be set away from the populated area.

2)     The waste material should be released at a special place, not in fields and canals.

3)     People should wear face masks near the industrial area.

4)     Laborer should work in the factory for only 8 hours a day. Because more than 8 hours can be dangerous for their health.

5)     We should not eat the vegetables grown with polluted water.

6)     We should drink water after the filtering. Because the polluted water of the factories is permeable in the earth and then mixed with the water under the ground. When we drink that water without filtering it affects directly our stomach and lungs.

T   Government should order the municipal committee to transfer the polluted water away from the city.

By acting upon these instructions we can overcome the great issue of pollution spreading due to industries.

3. Industry making our life easy

Above we have discussed the benefits and harmful effects of the industries. On the other hand, we are living our life with the support of industries. Industries are giving us a lot of products in daily life. It will not wrong to say that we can’t live without industries. 

These are giving us facilities and making our work easy. For example, a tractor is a machine and the product of an industry. In the past, people worked in the fields with the help of animals. But now, we are using machines to work in the fields.

With the help of mobiles, we are connected with each other and with the world at all times. We can send a message to anyone anywhere. We should be thankful for technology and industries because they have improved our lives.

With the help of computers, we are writing, designing, mailing, playing, enjoying, and watching everything which is happening in the world. So, it will be not wrong that technology and industry are an important part of our lives.  With the help of the internet, we can check the weather the next day. We can get any knowledge about anything at any time.

4. Masterpiece of technology

The computer is the masterpiece of technology. It was started to invent thousands of years ago. The first computer was the abacus. It was invented to do some mathematical works like addition and subtraction. But with time, many people tried to improve this computer.

 And at the end in 1938, the first automatic computer was invented. That is called ENIAC. Over time, the condition was improved. Now in 2021, we are using the fourth generation of the computer. 

In fourth-generation microprocessor is used. But now the fifth generation computers are coming into the market. That has a voice recognition system. It means they can hear the user and can perform according to the user's instructions.

As we are using weapons this is only due to the help of technology. As in the past, the armies of the different countries used to fight with each other with the help of swords and shields. 

All material was made by an ironsmith. But now we have invented a lot of weapons and guns. Now every country is blasting and making modern weapons. Every country is afraid of each other due to atomic technology and modern weapons. Now every country can destroy another country while sitting in their country.
