True saying about a player is described. Now we have to
define games. We deal with games in many ways. Such as some players love games like
their girlfriend, some as a mother, some as a father, and some as food. But a good
player does not like games every time. He plays at the time of playing and
works at the time of work. There are two types of games.
·
1. Digital games
· 2. Physical games
Some player plays digital games but some likes to play physical games some are good at physical game but some are in computer games. Both types of games play different roles in human health. The gaming community is worldwide on the other hand physical games are also played in the whole world. The career in digital gaming and physical gaming is very broad and life-changing but if you spend time equally in gaming and study.
1. Digital games:
Digital gaming includes different games which are played on computers, mobiles, and on different digital devices. For example player unknown battleground (PUBG) and COD etc. These are mostly played by children, teenagers and also by a young man.
These games play a role negatively. Because we do
have an idea of the time when we play digital games. They play these games for fun or
some as their career. Some people play these games only for time passing. When
they are tired of their office works, study, and home working they use these
games to enjoy and relax.

Harmful effects of digital gaming
In this time of technology, we are modern and enjoying mobiles and digital instruments. These are good but they have harmful effects also. The most dangerous thing is mobile which we are using day and night.
The ultraviolet radiation of the mobile affects our eyes and makes us blind. This is why we consider digital games to play a negative role in human health. These radiations effect directly on the cornea and decrease the ability to see and observing of our eyes. That’s why the children of 12-18 are wearing glasses.
This is only due to the digital system. We are not maintaining distance from the digital system and therefore our incoming children are facing the dangerous effects of this system.
This is causing many disabilities like blindness, madness, immaturity and making the children respect less. We can overcome this situation but we are not trying to destroy this system of harmful effects.
As shown in the figure the mother is with two children and the children are using a tab. One of them is affected by infrared and ultraviolet radiation. When he will be 20 or 40 years old his eyes will be too much weak.
We have to be aware of this thing and should avoid and should keep our children away from the digital system at a lower age. If we do not do this the future and life of our children will be destroyed like a bomb in the mountains. And they will be blaming us.
Because they are immature and they do not know the benefits and
harms of these things. So we avoid playing these games because they play a
negative role in human health.
2. Physical gaming
The second type of gaming is physical gaming. The games which are played physically by us are called physical games. These are not like digital games. Digital games are played by using the eyes and hands.
But these are played by using the whole body or half. That's why these games play a positive role in human health. It means that every game requires different body parts to be played. For example, Cricket requires health and physical fitness. A physically disabled person can’t play cricket.
A man who can’t see, so he can’t see the pitch, player, ball, and bat. So he can’t play Cricket. Similarly, a man who can’t walk, so he can’t play badminton. There are many types of physical games.
Some are played by sitting on the table, some are
played by running in the ground, some are played by rolling in the ground and
etc. Such as the football is played by kicking the ball and running in the
ground and table tennis is played by standing on a side of a table.

Benefits of physical games
Physical games have many benefits. One of them is physical fitness. A player who plays physical games remains fit. While on the other hand, a digital gamer remains ill all the time. If we play cricket or football we do not need any exercise. Because these physical games are exercises. Similarly, the other physical games have physical exercises according to their playing strategy.
These games keep us healthy and make us hardworking. A physical player becomes fit automatically. As shown in the figure a player’s body is like a bodybuilder and as a hero of Bollywood film stars. But this body is natural and the film stars build their body by exercising in the gym and eating high-quality food and medicines.
This shows that a person who plays the game regularly, he don’t need any extra exercise. Actually, his game is exercise and the game keeps him active, smart, and healthy. To tell the harmful aspects of physical games, we will not be wrong that the games have negative aspects also.
For example, playing every time make men no serious and idle. We should not give up our responsibilities and education. All these things should be kept in mind. On the other hand, a boy or girl who is working only for a game and want to improve itself in the corresponding game and wants to develop a career in that game. It is another topic.
So he should work hard in that game and should become an international player. If he or she can’t become or develop a career in that field, so he should give it up and should choose another way to succeed and earn money for a living. Because the money is the biggest need of any person. Therefore, it is rightly said.
“Money is
the biggest weapon in the world with which you can destroy or construct
everything”
3. Games in developing countries
Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan are some examples of developing countries. In a developing country like Pakistan, 80% population is living from hand to mouth. They are suffering from a disease that is called poverty. Their children began to earn in little age (age of playing) because they need money to live and buy things so that they have no time to play and enjoy. This thing depresses the children of the poor. Unfortunately, our society is not supporting, and when they see the children playing they are depressed. So the scope of games in developing countries is not confined.
The
people of developing countries are in the race of earning money and have burned
their dreams. Therefore, they live their lives in poverty and face difficult circumstances. When they reach the age of 18 they marry and then
the bundle of responsibilities increased. So when they are 40-45 years old at
that time their condition is like the oldest Lion who has worked whole life and
at the end, he is too weak to work. So we should help the poor and needy and should
support the children of poor houses. Not much more at least we should support the poor till the 10th class (Matric). So that they could become educated
and mature-minded.
