Health is wealth. It means everything can be bought but not health
by the money. a rich man becomes ill then he eats healthy food and rests for a
long time. Therefore, it is rightly said.

A person who wants to become healthy and wants to live happily. So, he has to eat healthy and fresh food and should do exercise daily.
The exercise consists of many things. Some people do some work which all consists of exercise. So, they don’t need exercise at all. For example laborer, he works all day and then rests at night. His work is exercise. If he exercises in the morning then he could not work all day.
Morning exercise is only important for rich people. They sit on the chairs
all day and at the night they sleep on beds. They need exercise hardly and
they should do exercise on daily basis and should walk at least 10 Kilometers
in a day. There are many types of exercise to become healthy and fit.

All these require health for the performance in the corresponding exercise. If a weak person wants to lift a weight of 100KG, he is mad. Because 100KG is only lifted by a healthy person. So we everything has SOPS for the performance.
We have to maintain ourselves for a specific exercise. If we have an interest in running then we have to run at least 5KM in a day. similarly if have an interest in gaming then we have to become experts in that game.
A Cricketer can’t play football and vice versa. This sentence
shows that everyone has a specific experience and ability to do a thing. A
cricketer has the ability to play cricket but a footballer has the ability to play
football. They can’t play each other’s game.

Every game has its own strategy and rules. For example, cricket is an international game and is played worldwide. It consists of eleven players. It is played between two teams. Both teams play one by one with the help of a bat and a ball.
On the other hand, football is also an International game and also played between two teams. But its strategy is different. Both teams play at a time. They play with the help of a big ball, it is played by the foot and that’s why is called football. The ball is hit by the foot of players of both teams.
It is a difficult game. It
requires a lot of energy and stamina to play. A weak and lazy person can’t play
football.

Bodybuilding is the best and famous way to become fit and healthy. It is also like a game but now it has become a profession. There are body-building houses to do this game. It is a difficult game and requires a lot of energy and power to do this game.
It consists of many processes like chin-ups, jumps, weight lifting, running, pushups, and rolling. A weak and ill person can’t do these processes. This is famous now for teenagers. The body-building houses are called gyms.
There are a lot of machines to do different exercises in the gym. People of the cities are found in bodybuilding while on the other hand villagers do not need to do these exercises because they work all day in the fields and become healthy.
The
other reason is that the gym receives a big amount of money from the user of
machines. The villagers are poor people they can’t pay the fee of the gyms.
That’s why they can’t join the gyms or powerhouses.
Exercise

As we have discussed that to become physically healthy we need exercise and the exercises are done by the people at many places like on grounds, gyms and in fields. The most important thing is that we have to fit in mentally.
It is not certain that a physically fit man will be mentally fit. To become mentally fit we have to eat healthy food. The most important thing is that we must hear the good news. Mentally satisfaction is the Gift of Allah.
Everyone should contact God according to religion. If a man is mentally fit and satisfy then he will be fit physically also.
The mind can be
refreshed by some activities like reading, learning, seeing nature, talking good, and smelling good. If we smell good then we feel good. While the smell has
no relation with physical fitness.

The area also affects health. As the people of the clod areas eat dry fruits. While people of the hot areas eat and drink different fruits and syrup. It means if we use dry fruits living in warm areas we can’t maintain our health.
The food is sed according to the area. It affects hardly human health and makes them healthy and lazy. The population of the rural areas is greater than urban areas. This also affects health.
It means the villagers are the healthy
people while the citizens are the lazy people. Village area people are healthy
due to the availability of fresh and healthy food and vice versa.
